In one exchange from March 2019, Harvey describes theory that Clinton campaign worked with Ukraine government to dig up dirt on Manafort as "rumors" -- a much less definitive claim than some GOP lawmakers have made.
MORE NEWS: Documents show that RUDY connected Parnas and Fruman with former Trump counsel John DOWD on Sept. 30 -- the same day the House Intel Committee sought their testimony and records.

IMPORTANT: House trial brief laying out its full argument is due Saturday at 5pm.

President’s brief is due Monday at noon

House reply due Tuesday at noon.

Trial resumes Tuesday at 1pm
There was no objection to this arrangement which means it was likely worked out in advance.
Senate also adopted a unanimous order to bring in furniture and “computer” equipment to assist the trial.

In 1999 this included audio/video capability. We’ll have to see the text to know what’s included here.
