Breaking — House Democrats are releasing new evidence gathered from Lev Parnas, an associate of Rudy Giuliani
Here's a handwritten note that Parnas wrote in Vienna, according to his lawyer
Among the documents is a letter that Rudy Giuliani sent to Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, seeking a meeting on an unspecified topic.
The letter was sent as Giuliani was planning a Ukraine trip to, as he told the @nytimes, to "meddle in an investigation." Giuliani wrote in the letter that he was reaching out with Trump's "knowledge and consent."

Once upon a time, Mike Flynn's supporters believed Judge Sullivan was going to be his savior.

Now he's stomping all over Flynn's argument that he was mistreated during the Russia investigation.
Not only does the judge say Flynn's legal argument doesn't hold water, the judge suggests he (or more likely his lawyer) committed plagiarism in a recent filing.
"The Court summarily disposes of Mr. Flynn’s arguments that the FBI conducted an ambush interview for the purpose of trapping him into making false statements and that the government pressured him to enter a guilty plea. The record proves otherwise," Judge Sullivan writes

B: Gitman and Parnas go to the same Chabad Center in Miami.
