BREAKING: FBI investigators went to the home and business of Connecticut congressional candidate Robert Hyde early Thursday morning.

Ukraine opened a criminal investigation into allies of Trump amid reports they had Yovanovitch under surveillance and asked the FBI to provide all available “information and materials” related to people “who may be involved in a possible criminal offense.”nytimes.com/2020/01/16/wor…
Arsen Avakov, Ukraine’s interior minister, said the US should take part in the investigation. “Ukraine expects the United States of America to respond promptly and looks forward to cooperation.”
FBI and SDNY prosecutors are examining the role Robert Hyde played regarding Yovanovitch and his relationship to Giuliani associate Lev Parnas.

But the FBI and SDNY – who had the Hyde texts – didn't look into this until Ukraine opened an investigation?

McConnell's rules "depart dramatically from the precedent set during Clinton's impeachment in ways designed to prevent the Senate & American people from learning the full truth about Trump’s actions and don’t even allow the basic step of admitting the House record into evidence."
McConnell doesn't want any new evidence admitted but he's also fighting any of the "old" evidence [from the House] to be admitted.

This is cover up in plain sight.

JUST IN: New documents from Lev Parnas include screenshots of text messages to Trump donor and GOP congressional candidate Robert Hyde from a Belgian country-code number, which detail Yovanovitch's movements in Ukraine.

@jeremyherb @mkraju In a series of texts, the Belgian number tells Hyde, "She is still not moving they check today again," shortly adding, "It's confirmed we have a person inside." Hyde then forwarded the info Parnas.

It wasn't a just "drunken joke" as Hyde claimed.

Reached by email, de Caluwe confirmed to @NBCNews that Hyde had indeed asked him for information about Yovanovitch's whereabouts.

Significant new information in the new documents released by congress.

New texts revealed a previously unknown participant in Parnas’s efforts: Connecticut congressional candidate Robert F. Hyde.
Hyde, a Republican, ranted in crude language about a person identified by the House of Representative committee officials as Marie Yovanovitch, then the US ambassador to Ukraine. Here’s some of those texts:
“F--k that b---h,” Hyde wrote to Parnas on March 22, 2019, in response to a series of articles and tweets Parnas sent him.

The House Intelligence Committee has released new impeachment evidence, including notes taken by Lev Parnas and a letter from Rudy Giuliani to Volodymyr Zelensky.
They're exactly as damning as you'd expect.

#Breaking - Some defense sources report #Indian air strikes across the Line of Control in Muzafarabad, #Pakistan. Indian air force briefing expected later today. Pakistan said Indian jets dropped their payloads & "fled". More confirmation of details needed.
