Can Supreme Court (SC) reverse the Imo state guber judgement? Thought shared by a lawyer sent to me: Ihedioha’s case is not a normal case but election case with stringent time bound. Apex court no longer had d jurisdiction to entertain any application bcos it had passed 60days 
2. Section 285 (7) of the constitution supported this. An appeal from a decision of an election tribunal or Court of Appeal in an election matter shall he heard and disposed of within 60days . When u calculate from Nov 20, 2019 till date, it clearly shows that it is above 60days
3. This judgement , as it is , is binding, CONCLUSIVe and CANNOT be set aside , REVERSED or TOUCHED by any person , including the SUPREME COURT itself.
4. See existing precedent show : Recall, Nov 2, 2009, SC dismissed Bro, Pastor Celestine Omehia’s application seeking for review of its judgement of Oct 25, 2007 which removed him & declared Bishop Railway ROTIMI AMAECHI as d Gov. Omehia re -appealed saying SC made mistake
5. Our Friend of Justice Salami, The then Justice Katsina - Alu described Omehia’s suit as FRIVOLOUS and act of JUDICIARY RASCALITY. Dismissed the case with N100,000 saying “ IF IT WAS A MISTAKE, THE APEX COURT HAS A RIGHT TO MAKE A MISTAKE “
6. The SC Justices said they should appeal to HEAVEN where God Almighty reigns SUPREME and not in NIGERIA. That only God can reverse the October 25, 2007 verdict . Ihedioha should accept his fate
7. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha should focus on how to re-build Imo PDP and wait on God for the next 4years. People will desert him and he will realize his true friends now. It is a part of lesson of life and who knows what Almighty God will do again. Definitely, Emeka will smile again
8. Justice Rhodes - Vivour said “ We don’t seat on appeal over our own DECISION “ . We have no JURISDICTION over this matter. Going to court next week by PDP and Ihedioha will end in TEARS and insult . SC will deal with the lawyer who is misleading Emekus and Secondus
