In a fast-moving situation, such as a viral outbreak, accurate reporting can be tricky, such as with #Ebola, where people can get sick/die in remote places with little infrastructure.

People infected with the #coronavirus (called #2019nCoV) can have a range of symptoms: NONE to mild to severe pneumonia.
If 50% of infections are mild (no need for treatment), the ACTUAL number of total infections may be MUCH higher, and the case-fatality rate would be LOWER.
