Like, nobody fucking knows what rock-n-roll and what's rock-a-doodle, or, Darwin forbid, folk rock. It's all just words to all but like the hardcore 1%. To the rest of us, it's purely responding to the hook.

I mean, once I googled the lyrics (and that's another thing: who can ever understand the lyrics of anything? Even in Russian, I catch like 30% of it), it all made sense. Nobody knows shit. It either keeps you on the road or it does not. This is music's greatest achievement.
