Die NGOs können nicht schnell genug fahren, die Küstenwache rettet besser.
Die Boote fahren bereits seeuntüchtig los und benutzen den Trick der Seenot. Sie rufen bei einem NGO an und lassen sich von den NGO Schiffen retten.
Die NGO Schiffe warten in Grenznähe zu Tunesien.
2019 kamen meist Tunesier an.
