It's the mafia of the 21st century, wielding data and imported pharmaceuticals that may or may not have carcinogenic impurities, running cost-benefit analyses that always favor the short-term profit over the good of the American people.
It's negligence instead of bullets.

You tell people what's REALLY causing their stagnant wages and soaring healthcare costs... and they'll listen.
