These are some of the fortunate #Hindus of Pakistan who’ve managed to cross over to India. Penniless, unsure of the next meal but happy pure & simple.
What is long due for the earlier migrants, is work permits-as permanent solution to allow them live a life of dignity.
More #Hindu , more disciplined, well behaved & more sanskari than most here..
Only consolidated, constructive measures towards their resettlement as worthy citizens is the perfect answer.
#PakHinduRefugees
There are 3 #PakHinduRefugees camps in Delhi, these are new migrants, some more arrived on 7th feb. 2 major camps in Jodhpur besides couple small ones, some in Gujrat, some in Jaipur, most forced to live in unhygienic filthy conditions & at the mercy of others, reason?
Because jinko Hanuman Chalisa padhne se shanti milti hai, un so called Hinduon ne kabhi jhaank ke in camps ki taraf dekha nahi!
Baaten aur photos aur donations ect toh bahut dekha suna hamne par in camps mein kuch khaas badalta dikha nahi aaj tak.
Most of these people are farmers, worked as motor mechanics, electricians that only need work permit for immidiate employment. Hotels alone can employ them as gardners, in maintainence, security etc, which one would personally facilitate.
No, they do not need any big words like skill development, income generation etc etc..!
Let them be natural & simple as they are, help them stand on their two feet, get their children admission in schools, help move them out of such dingy living conditions, can you?
Now note the contrast, what has Delhi done to the ones who came here few yrs back! No discipline, no cleanliness, chewing gum, pushing-pulling, shouting election slogans (political parties using them)
The mist visited tourist destination, Majnu ka tila #PakHindRefugees camp.
My most dreaded fears came true, people made beggars out of these simple people!
For over 1-1/2 yr I’ve been fighting for permanent solutions for #PakHinduRefugees of providing employment, absorbing ghem in mainstream & making room in camps for new migrants, but no..
At the photo op destination of SM celebs & political opportunists, men of majnu ka tila harassed me for groceries loaded in the cars for new refugee families, kids literally threw me off my feet! I had to speed off to the Adarsh nagar camp where I dropped stuff with @HariomSahoo1
Potential Nationalists, drugged with beggary for personal interests?
No, I shall not give up!
The 1st community home for my Hindu kin from 🇵🇰, starts coming month, which’ll serve as temprory station with basic eminities, food, heathcare & education till we blend them amonsts us.
With the target of getting them LTV till citizenship is granted, schooling for children, moving each batch out of community home asap to make room for new ones, will replicate with more if successful.
Met @aellathur when I was leaving for camp, she bought these books for them🙏🏻
