Of all outlets covering NY justice reforms, @CBSNewYork has been among the most sensationalist & despicable. After @chrislhayes criticized them tonight they deleted this tweet calling people accused of crimes as “bad guys (left). But they havent deleted it from the site (right). 
Also what a plainly absurd article, parroting talking points of the pro-carceral @ManhattanDA. Complaining about the “workload” & “long hours” of prosecutors now that the law requires basic justice to share evidence early & automatically like most of the rest of the country.
The scary-sounding “threat” @CBSNewYork seizes on: that the @ManhattanDA’s office will stop prosecuting certain cases to ease the work load is *a good thing.*
