The Bombay High Court on Thursday held that persons peacefully protesting against any particular law cannot be called as traitors or anti-nationals.

As stated in the order passed by Justices MG Sewlikar and TV Nalaawade,

"Court is expected to consider the right of such persons to start agitation in a peaceful way.Persons cannot be called traitors, anti-nationals only because they want to oppose one law."

The Court added that "If the persons agitating believe that it is against the ‘equality’ provided under Article 14, they have the right to express their feelings as provided under Article 19 of the Constitution of India."

NRC का डेटा विप्रो के प्राइवेट क्लाउड सर्वर पर स्टोर किया गया।

सर्वर की पेमेंट renew नहीं हुई, तो विप्रो ने सर्वर access बंद कर दिया।

सर्वर access दोबारा देने के लिए पासवर्ड चाहिए।

जिस महिला अधिकारी के पास पासवर्ड था, वो नौकरी छोड़ चुकी है।1/n
अब पासवर्ड किसी पास नहीं है, जिससे NRC का डेटा restore किया जा सके।

वो महिला अधिकारी NIC मेल नहीं, gmail इस्तेमाल करती थी, जो भारत सरकार के कंट्रोल से बाहर है, इसलिए सरकार पासवर्ड रीसेट नहीं कर पा रही।

सम्भव है कि वो gmail अकाउंट नौकरी छोड़ने के साथ डिलीट कर दिया हो।2/n
Gmail अकाउंट डिलीट होने पर सभी ईमेल हमेशा के लिए डिलीट हो जाते हैं। gmail सरकारों को भी अपने सर्वर का ऐक्सेस नहीं देता है।

अब सरकार ने उस महिला अधिकारी के ख़िलाफ़ FIR की है और साथ ही कहा है कि उसके gmail में संवेदनशील मेल हैं, जिनसे वो छेड़छाड़ न कर सके। 3/n

A spot near their usual stomping grounds is selected
A circular area is fenced off with 1 or 2 points of entry & egress
Which can be closed with trapdoors
Corn or a similar bait is placed here for the boars to feast on

GoI says illegal immigrants will be thrown out but here they are assuring Bangladesh that it won't affect them.
So where will the people go?
They'll either be made second class citizens (no voting, property rights etc.) or put in detention camps forever.
The law will not be extended to Rohingya Muslims persecuted in Myanmar; Shia and Ahmadiyya Muslims in Pakistan; Hazaras, Tajiks and Uzbeks in Afghanistan; Tamils in Sri Lanka; and atheists in Bangladesh.

So how is it for persecuted minority & secular?

So when lakhs, maybe even crores of people inevitably fail to provide their documents, they will be forced to declare themselves as non-Muslim illegal immigrants who have come to India.
That would create a ruckus...
