Some countries are bolstering their surveillance & testing capacities to identify #COVID19 cases early. They are sharing data about cases so that the rest of the world can understand how the #coronavirus transmits & who is most seriously affected bit.ly/39xAquF
Some businesses are heeding my call & stepping up to offer help in boosting supplies of personal protective equipment like masks & goggles which are important in protecting #healthworkers everywhere. Other companies are offering their services to align with our & others’ needs.
Remember: even though we are over 100,000 #COVID19 cases, this is a relatively young outbreak. We’re still learning about it. The new R&D blueprint will help researchers everywhere collaborate to develop new tools, incl therapeutics, vaccines & more diagnostics
