#BREAKING #CarrieLam: All non-entitled patients will be charged for services received in HK's public hospitals.
#CarrieLam: all HKers in mainland China are urged to come back and all HKers in town are urged not to go to any places affected by #nCov2019. HKers return from affected areas are recommended to carry out self-quarantine for 14 days.
