Two nights ago, @TuckerCarlson acknowledged the severity of the coronavirus....even stating "some people you voted for have lied" about the severity (he's too much of a coward to actually name Trump)...but the noticeable strategy was to brand the virus as the "China virus".....1/

….by branding it the “China Virus”, there’s actually a benefit of, if not an incentive structure for, the virus decimating the U.S…b/c the worse the country is hit, the more a demagoguing sociopathic narcissist can stoke racist/isolationist fears against “others”/foreigners…8/
…..which will make the election not about Trump’s incompetence and dangerousness,....and the Republican Party’s sycophantic/cowardly impotence in containing him……but about needing to double down on Trump’s authoritarian “protection” of the country….9/
