Governor’s order capping gatherings at 250 applies to:
“social, spiritual and recreational activities including, but not limited to, community, civic, public, leisure, faith-based, or sporting events; parades; concerts; festivals; conventions; fundraisers; +similar activities”

Governor said the order will be enforced if violated.
