The previous #DavesCarIDService thread was getting a little long, so starting a new one: looks like Grandma won herself a brand new 1922 Dodge Brothers touring
Verrrry trippy picture here of Great Gramps' 1951 Pontiac Chieftan with 1951 Ohio plates
It's kinda fuzzy but looks like the car in the distance is a 1939 Chevy
And here's a closeup of its hood ornament
Pre 1955 or so, Pontiac was the humble bottom-of-the-line GM brand; but what they lacked in status they made up in amazing hood ornaments
In traditional GM heraldry, there were 5 motor divisions, and their status/price ranking was

Pontiac<Chevy<Olds<Buick<Cadillac

"motor division" because each had its own engine design and production.
A few motor divisions had their own "companion brands" for lower priced versions using the same motor; Cadillac had LaSalle, Buick had Marquette, and Olds had Viking.

GMC was for heavy trucks, and a pickup line for non-Chevy dealers. GMC made some of their own motors
You can credit Bunkie Knudsen and John DeLorean for lifting Pontiac out of its lowly status and making it the Wide Track / GTO sensation youth brand of the 60s
Okay, back to the car IDs: this unidentified GI is lighting a lucky on the running board of a 1940 Ford Deluxe
Around the horn, a 1934 Ford Tudor, 1946-48 Dodge sedan, and a 1957 Ford Fairlane 2 door hardtop. And belated happy birthday to Grams
Lots of tasty tin here, but I'll limit myself to the 2 leftmost: 1938 Chevy sedan delivery and 1929-30 Ford Model A sport coupe
It actually says "Master Deluxe," as in 1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe sedan
not a car to be street rodded like that, IMO; much more suited as a taildragging East LA Pachuco-style bomba, which you should drive in a zoot suit

Not much of an ID needed here, as it indeed is a 1952 Cadillac, but a very cool pic and an occasion to play Johnny Cash's "One Piece at a Time"

To wit:
Well, I'm ID-pooped out, so that's it for #DavesCarIDService today. If you want to request one, make sure to hashtag it. And try to remember: there are better things to obsess on than the crisis du jour.
