But Congress cannot rest now - it must create some form of new partnership w/POTUS to make sure he follows through, continues to fight.

3/Things are going to get very bad here in the first wave of the virus in the coming weeks. While we are beginning to tackle the bed/equipment issue, we still need to fix whatever has gone wrong w/testing and also surge help to health care professionals/hospitals.
4/And we need to start planning and thinking about how we can live with the virus, re-open schools and workplaces. I am for now calling that the second wave.
The second wave will require more than anything else universal, inexpensive rapid testing.
