This presser is going to be a propaganda show of how great the #OrangeMenace is. @MSNBC move on. Report anything he says that might be true. Not much chance. More @NYGovCuomo. Empathy is what we need. Not the damaged excuse for a human. Bloomberg stock show for now.

1. House & Senate need to consider how to deal with the #quorum if, as I expect, most, if not all, members will be infected. In particular the ages and predominance of male members in the Senate makes them a very high risk group IMO.

"Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller Number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel
3. the Attendance of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may provide."

So what happens if 51 Senators are killed by the pandemic? Is 49 the "Members" after 51 had died or does it remain 100?

3. sense that Trump and the GOP have it under control thus insuring states like FL MI AL GA MO IN TX LA WY ID NE SD ND WV & SC will not only have extremely high infection rates but because these #RedStates have heavily rural populations in areas where the Koch dominated GOP

1. @WHO @TheLancet My thought about #Ibuprofen is its tendency to thin blood. Imagine an 80 year old coughing hard for two weeks. Like going a round of boxing. Internal bleeds add up and thinner makes it unstoppable. Would you recommend it pre-op? I don't think so.
2. It's not the noninflammatory NSAID mechanism. Just the bleeding side-effect that triggers all the d-dimer elevations. Look at the charts if they had work up at admission. Ask family. I think aspirin or heparin would be the same. Maybe a lot worse. @cnn @MSNBC @DefenseIntel
3. We home hospiced my 94 year-old mother. Their blood vessels are frail. #NotADoctor Just son who observed someone die of old age.
