Some governments, certainly the UK, think they can get the benefits of globalisation - trade, investment - while scaling back the cooperation. Redefining globalisation. And coronavirus response as a test.
Meanwhile US, China, EU are equally trying to use coronavirus to project their views of the world. Yet globalisation - goods and information flows, copying responses, bodies like the WTO - is still with us. Overall though not as optimistic as @tgemiles medium.com/@tmiles1/in-a-…
