Compared to Hillary, Biden is less outlandishly corrupt, less cartoonishly hawkish, and less personally smug/nasty/vindictive/elitist. That's not an affirmative case for Joe, who still has countless grave problems, but it does partially explain why Bernie and Tulsi don't hate Joe
Biden also doesn't have a network of insufferable sycophants, paid trolls, and so forth anywhere near on the order of Clinton-world. That's why the Clinton/Obama operatives were initially ambivalent about Biden running. So it's just a different dynamic. (I'm not "defending" Joe)
Hillary didn't apologize for her Iraq War vote until 12 years later (2014). Biden apologized in 2005. Hillary was on the hawkish side of every foreign policy debate within the Obama Admin, Biden was on the less hawkish side. (I'm not promoting Biden, just comparing to Hillary!!!)

Here's your surest sign yet that the Bernie campaign is coming to an end very soon: internal recriminations aired in the NYT

It's no longer a "campaign" geared at winning Bernie the Democratic nomination, so soliciting donations on that basis is unethical

Highlights:

- AOC was of course urging "conciliation" with Liz Warren, which worked out super well
- Their data on Bernie's viability in SC was spectacularly bad
- Bernie refused to attack Joe, who he likes personally
- David Sirota was punished for trolling too harshly online
The hurt feelings of online Bernie supporters are not going to dissuade me from describing the truth of what occurred. Bernie's pollster was telling him two days before the SC primary that he was within the margin of error of Biden. Pathetic

Not sure if people are aware of this, but if Bernie were to suspend his campaign, the campaign entity is not automatically dissolved. He still retains all delegates previously accumulated, and those delegates remain bound to him. And he stays on all upcoming ballots.
So, suspending his campaign (which is effectively defunct anyway) would not preclude him from being a viable alternative in a theoretical scenario where Joe gets coronavirus. Soliciting campaign donations from desperate voters is no longer justifiable (he's got plenty of $$$)
And for people saying "He's giving all donations right now to coronavirus relief!" that's not true according to the ActBlue donate page on the campaign website, which is the same as it's always been

Tulsi is suspending her campaign

- She always said she'd support the eventual Dem nominee (even though many refused to believe her) and the nominee is going to be Biden. The primary is functionally over

- Due to coronavirus crisis she must prepare to activate as National Guard
Tulsi said earlier this week, rightly, that primaries should no longer be held due to the public health threat. She therefore could not in good conscience continue actively campaigning. There's a huge amount of emergency work for her to do in Congress and potentially the military
Tulsi previously said that she would continue all the way to the convention, and her campaign was set up to do that. But obviously the coronavirus crisis changed her calculus, just as it has for a huge variety of other aspects of American life
