It is fine—and encouraged by state/Local Ca officials —to get outside so long as humans who are not of the same household keep at least a six-ft distance, and you mind all the hand washing /surface contaminants advice. Going totally stir crazy will not help you endure.
Go at odd hours, go to the huge parks that are under utilized, like McClaren. Go to remote parts of Tilden. Walk random parts of your neighborhood. Avoid getting too close to people but smile at them. This is not that hard.
If you don't know where to hike, check out @AllTrails. Do part of the crosstown trail. But honestly just walk any neighborhood, stick away from crowds, and feel ok about dodging away from people—with a smile and a nod. nytimes.com/2019/11/18/tra…

1.) Why have 48 hours between the announcement and start of Duterte's #lockdown when a mass exodus only risks spreading #COVID19ph nationwide?

Along with the Chinese gov't attempted cover-up, this is exactly how the virus spread so fast out of Wuhan.
2.) If thousands/millions of workers living outside Metro Manila are allowed to enter and leave daily for work, what's the point of even having a #COVID19ph "community quarantine" / #lockdown?

Compare to Italy, who shut down movement and suspended bills.

Man fragt sich ja zunächst, ob die CDU Thüringen auf minus 12 % in der nächsten Umfrage abrutschen will. Dann fällt einem auf, dass von den 12 % der Großteil Wähler_innen so drauf sind, dass sie über genau diese Hybris jubeln. Nur noch um die geht's.
Der #Werteflügel wandert zur AfD an, die Wähler_innen mit politischen Restverstand zu anderen Parteien oder sie resignieren. Übrig bleibt ein Kernbestand, der die CDU entweder sowieso schon und für immer wählt oder exakt diesen Stuss hören will.
