Dwango's collaborating with Project EGG on a new classic game distribution app called PicoPico, out "soon" this year, free with IAP pico2.net🇯🇵 it'll have replay trading (with the ability to take control of downloaded replays), bluetooth support, NND streaming, etc
there's a handful of games confirmed, not just from EGG/D4's own stable but also Tatsujin (Toaplan), Trinity (Athena), etc
