BHT breaking into splinter groups and there constant skirmishes with ISWAP has led to chaos and many cells carrying out solo operations which led to the attack on chadian troops
Buhari personally pleaded with Derby that chadian troops should form blocking units/platoons across their borders because BHT always carryout tactical maneuvers into chad whenever we carry out clearance operations, chad refused.
