#RHOBHReunion got me in a binge. I had never seen Real Housewives (anything, much seen #RHOBH before.
So, after my Season 10 today (and currently on That's Amore) - let me just say that @DENISE_RICHARDS coming back to the table was a huge deal.
1/
I know that *Denise leaving* was a thematic element in the show but may I offer a legitimate empathetic reason? It may not apply to her but - in my life - I will tell you why;
Someone (sorry I cannot remember who) characterized her as being 'Fight or Flight' and they're right. I'm gonna also go out on a limb and characterize her potential for a Freeze.
I still was not 'healthy' enough to know how to communicate so...not wanting to further injure myself I learned Flight.
I occasionally *would* Fight but that was so rare & only if I #trusted the person I was Fighting (thrashing it out with).

My entire point in saying all this is that Denise going back into the restaurant is a HUGE deal to me. HUGE. [I have it on pause right now to Tweet this out.] I do not know what is going to happen next but I thought if you girls knew that her Flight;
6/
Her Flight may truly be her only cope; maybe consider that *everyone* (many/some) coming at her really might be an unresolved #trauma#trigger.
I'm not judging anything as true/false but from my perspective it seems Denise was fighting several battles she hadn't quite learned where to place them; so intertwined and on #television at that!
I can't imagine.
8/
Some people (and I am definitely one) actually need an #energetic reset before 'moving through/from.'
Until the energy can grow calm, I can't even think straight. I'm sure it was edited heavily but it seemed like the problem was always coming up; no time for a reset.

And I get that @BravoTV needs the #drama. I know that the viewers want to see the drama, I do. But as far as #relationships and the consideration of real lives especially on a reality TV show; "Muddy water is best cleared by leaving it alone." - Alan Watts
Three weeks ago, a Yoga Student [82yrs/W/F/fit] had a minor stroke. Followed up w/ a specialist and "Doctor wonders how she has all these clots in her body."
#1 - Covid causes #EndothelialDysfunction
#2 - She quit masking after Biden said it was safe
1/5
#3 - Because she was fit, walked regularly, & did yoga usually 2x a week is why (I think) her stroke was minor.
#4 -When I mentioned endothelial dysfunction as a common #SARSCoV2 after-effect, the class looked confused.
2/5
#5 - Prevent #Covid19 infections. Every infection is a hit.
#CovidIsNotOver despite being vaxxed or just getting "cold-like" symptoms, the damage it does is not necessarily seen in the Acute Phase.
👉🏽Because I live in S.C. where education is sorely lacking, #partisanship is mostly racial, and where fundamental Protestantism displaces a desire for #education anyway, being smart, intelligent, or educated is not in the top 50 attribute goals of a typical citizen.👈🏽

So although smart, when it comes to who they're voting for they're unable to think critically because
1⃣ they get their news from only RW Fox punditry and miss important information that would educate them (#FactsMatter) *into* thinking critically and/or

No longer the monster of the gulags and purges that killed millions, Stalin now looms in the national consciousness as the giant who defeated the Nazis in World War II.
Meanwhile, not only has Russia annexed Crimea and destabilized Ukraine’s eastern regions, its military adventurism has also extended to Syria.
Putin, who once described the collapse of the USSR as “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe” of the twentieth century, looks determined to avenge the humiliations of Russia’s post-Soviet implosion.
If you really want to make a change in the world, do something hard like #nonviolent#resistance. Read up and learn #satyagraha or change. It takes #strength & #courage; physical force is forbidden even in the so-called most favorable circumstances.
I know it's gotten fashionable to #blame others for our #emotions because self #responsibility is difficult and people have been taught to avoid what is difficult.
But self #responsibility is EXACTLY the perfect level of #difficult because it's an equal opportunity difficulty; none of us are without flaws or errors or #mistakes and we've ALL been wronged (on some level) by something.
