1/ Stop calling your project a #DAO. You will get targeted by the SEC.
2/ The DAO was a failed project that lead to the largest fork in Ethereum history. Also $$ was stolen, so don't affiliate your brand with it
3/ The ONLY guidance that the SEC has given is that "The DAO" was a security.
4/ If you are pitching as a “DAO” or a DAO related product, you will be targeted by the SEC. Even if you are structured differently.
5/ This will lead to exchanges kicking you off of their platform, because they listen closely to what the SEC says.
6/ The DAO needs a rebrand. What about D-Org, or Community Driven Upstarts. Or ANYTHING ELSE!
7/ And don't even get me started on the term #ICO.
