1- Stalbek Mishakov, who has been at Deripaska's side since 1999, was CEO from 2012-2014 at Expert Development LLC, part of Andrey Rozov’s Expert Group of companies.
2- In 2015, IC Expert signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to build Trump Tower in Moscow City.
3- three weeks after signing the Trump Tower LOI, US-sanctioned Sberbank loaned IC Expert $66 million in exchange for 100% of the firm’s equity. It is unclear what happened to the $66 million dollars.
4- Mishakov was with the Expert Group and En+ (One of Deripaska's companies) at the same time. It is highly unlikely Rozov and Deripaska don't know each other.
5- After Mishakov left Expert Development, a second Deripaska-connected businessman, Pavel Lebedev took over.
6- Lebedev and Mishakov had previously worked together at another Deripaska-owned company, Altius Development, which built the Olympic Village for the 2014 Winter Olympics.
7- Rozov, Mishakov, and Lebedev all served on the Board of Directors for the industrial firm 1MPZ in 2009. This firm was owned by Deripaska and Sergei Polonsky, the former head of Mirax.
8- You'll recall that Felix Sater was also on the board of Mirax at the same time, where he met Rozov.
9- All of Rozov's companies that I have examined end up in mysterious offshore accounts in Cyprus and the British Virgin Islands.
10- Deripaska’s link to Expert Development raises questions concerning his long history of suspicious business practices and his link to Trump’s ex-campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
11- Manafort and Rick Gates extensively hid money in Cyprus as well, according to the Special Counsel.
12- The connection to Rozov provided another potential line of communication from Deripaska directly to the Trump team.
