What I'm always most impressed with is how specific Trump gets with his lies about numbers. "78% reduction." "49,000 people." All just completely made up.
Trump lied that the US is paying 80% of NATO's budget (it pays 22%), then said, five seconds later, that the US is paying 4% of NATO's budget versus Germany's 1% (Germany pays 15%).
