800 poll respondents, selected to match the 2016: 52% voted for Trump, 41% for Hillary. (If electorate is less Trump-friendly in 2018, the poll is actually skewed to the *right.*) 67 voters per state.

GOP keeps saying they don't want protection for Dreamers included in a spending deal. Voters disagree. 81% of this R-tilted battleground-state sample say a budget agreement should prevent the deportation of Dreamers.
57% oppose funding Trump's wall in a budget deal. Only 41% support. In fact, 55% oppose the Trump/GOP insistence on wall funding as the price for DACA protections. These voters want a #CleanDreamAct. Trump-friendly Senate battleground states are significantly left of Washington.
If Trump decides to shut down the government to advance his racist policies, the GOP will reap the whirlwind. Any politicians who enable him face the same fate.
