1/n Just reread CJI Dipak Mishra's judgement making Khap Panchayats synonymous with honour killings. Provides typical example of imperial arrogance, ignorance of ground reality & disdain for our society's indigenous organisations.Better we bring the British back to rule over us..
2/n Gora Sahibs took far greater pains to understand the society they had to rule & dominate. The Brown Sahibs who lord over us 2day are far more ignorant, far more arrogant & pompous even though after centuries of intellectuall slavery, most of them can't even write good English
3/n It would be hard to find a chief justice who goes against his own assurances in court when writing a judgement. CJI Mishra assured us over 3 hearings that while dealing with honour killings, he would NOT drag in the name of Khaps as done by petitioner NGO with malafide intent
4/n And yet, CJI Mishra's judgement is full of defamatory comments against Khaps though he seems to have as little knowledge about them as Arnab Goswami. With such biased & ill informed persons occupying the post of Chief Justice,even God can't save India.Genius of FFNGOs at work
5/nTraditional jati-biradari panchayats have far better track record of conflict resolution & solving problems than our colonial minded courts.More injustice comes out of sarkari courts than in traditional panchayats.Common sentiment in India-izzatdar people stay away from courts
6/n Mahatma Gandhi was convinced that our traditional panchayats will be the founding rocks of Swarajya. Nehruvian Congress launched all out war against Indic culture & traditional panchayats-denied them constitutional status despite strong voices of protest by Gandhi followers
7/n Destruction of indigenous organisations & imposition of tyrannical colonial institutions have torn asunder our social fabric & sapped moral strength & self esteem of our society. Weakening of civil society has led to increasing conflicts & crime. Courts accentuate conflicts
8/n Govt is complicit in foisting Foreign Funded NGOs on our society while destroying our indigenous civil society organisations.FFNGOs systematic war on our society under guise of human rights is to open the way for conversions. Atomised societies are easy target for conversions
9/n As per RTI reply, NGO Shakti Vahini which filed PIL demanding ban on Khap Panchayats received Rs 6390176 Rs from USA in 2010-11 alone. Among others its supported by Mustard Seed Foundation of USA which is set up 2 support evangelical work. It spent $2.5 million in 2015 alone.

12/n To ensure that Akhila Ashokan remains Hadiya, Islamic organisations officially spent nearly 1 Cr rupees by way of lawyers fee. Think of how much more they'd have spent managing media & public intellectuals in their favour. How come that kind of community pressure is OK?
13/n Manushi provided elaborate evidence to CJI that Gotra related murders constitute only 3% of all honour killings. Rest on account of religion, caste, class etc. Hindu male more likely to be murdered if he marries Muslim woman than if he marries within Gotra. All upto families
14/n Almost all honour killings are committed by enraged families. Whenever family accepts inter caste, inter religion or intra Gotra marriage gracefully, no outsider comes to murder. When IPC provides life imprisonment & even death penalty for murder where is need 4 special law?
15/n Murder is a murder, whether committed in name of honour or due to property dispute. I pleaded with CJI, by calling it "honour killing"courts lending needless legitimacy & respectability to murder of own kids. All u need is police honestly help endangered couples, not new law
16/n Since real purpose behind FFNGO Shakti Vahini was NOT to save endangered couples, BUT destroy whatever left of jati-biradari & other traditional panchayats, they gratuitously dragged in Khaps in the petition even tho their data submitted in SC doesn't hold case against Khaps
