This will be a thread about the origins of the developer Trump chose to partner with on the advice of Felix Sater during the 2016 election. All indications are that IC Expert is a Russian-government connected entity, not a private enterprise.
As of late 2008, ownership records show that IC Expert was 99% owned by Colinsen Trading Limited, a shell company located in Cyprus. This LLC was in turn owned by Diagoras Nominees Limited. 
As far as I can tell based on months of research, Diagoras is a holding company used by hundreds of wealthy Russians and Ukrainians. Most notably, "Putin's banker" Sergei Pugachev allegedly used Diagoras to launder $200M of state money. rbc.ru/magazine/2016/…
Diagoras is officially owned by a lawyer in Cyprus named George Yiangou (at his office, 12 Kennedy Center) who has negotiated on behalf of Russian state-owned bank Sberbank and other Russian entities.

One of the original Directors for Colinsen (the company that until 2011 owned 99% of Trump's developer) was Natalie Gureghian.
Gurgeghian, according to ICIJ and exclusively obtained business records, worked for the Russian government. She had (and has) positions at the Cyprus offshoots of VEB and VTB. offshoreleaks.icij.org/nodes/82022349
To recap thus far: In 2008, IC Expert (the developer that would go on to sign a Letter of Intent to build Trump Tower Moscow in 2015) was owned by a Russian government connected Cypriot lawyer, it's Director was a Russian government worker, and was used by "Putin's banker"
Colinsen kept a majority ownership in IC Expert until the present time (currently 60%), so we will focus on this company. From 2008 to May 2015, it was in turn owned by a BVI company called Capilana Trading Limited.
Normally, ownership records in the BVI are secret. However, there was a slip up. In 2014 at a Cyprus board meeting, the sole shareholder of Capilana was revealed: A woman named Ioanna Theofilou.
To this day, the only beneficial owner that I have been able to find for which Theofilou works is Oleg Deripaska. medium.com/@ScottMStedman…
Remember, in 2008, the ownership was transferred from a clearly Russian-government connected company to Capilana. Whoever owns Capilana did business with the Russian government. It is a high-profile owner.
Weeks before Trump announces his candidacy, IC Expert's Chairman Andrey Rozov is given amnesty by the Russian govt in a homicide case, and the ownership of IC Expert changes again. Now, it is owned by 3 LLCs - 1 in the Marshall Islands (25%), Capilana (15%), and Colinsen (60%)
Colinsen's owner is another Cypriot lawyer who I've written about ad nauseam. His named is Christodoulos Vassiliades, a man who is infamous for his high profile Russian clients (Usmanov, Sberbank, Lisin, Mogilevich's wife) and his documented money laundering history.
Vassiliades held a large stake in the Bank of Cyprus during Wilbur Ross's tenure. It is very likely that he didn't actually own this stake, but instead was a nominal owner for a Russian oligarch who didn't want to be known. medium.com/@ScottMStedman…
What does this all mean? With revelations this week that the Trump Tower Moscow deal was being negotiated by a former Russian intelligence officer well into 2016, proving that Cohen lied, the deal appears to be the possible centerpiece for potential collusion.
The Russian government was involved with Trump's developer at its founding. This is undeniable. An LLC that bought Trump's developer in 2008 did business with the Russian govt. This company appears to be owned by Deripaska, and it still has a 15% stake in IC Expert to this day.
The Russian government has its hands all over this company, which begs the question, what was their goal in approaching Sater and Trump with this deal, hanging it over their heads until the RNC at beyond?
The only public knowledge we have from this deal came from Michael Cohen, who has proven to be a liar in many regards. It's time for the public to see Cohen's testimony to Congress, as well as Sater's and anyone else involved with Trump Tower Moscow.
