Which Republicans on House Intel might boycott @chrisinsilico hearing? Focusing on potential FECA violations, such as foreign nationals performing data strategy roles in Summer of ‘16, it’s all very bad news for GOP. #CambridgeAnalytica… via @donie
Who is Federica Nocera? Who is Giovanni Doni? (Matt Ozcowski, dir of product pictured center) photo allegedly from summer ‘16 at Project Alamo, San Antonio #CambridgeAnalytica #CambridgeAnalytics
Unconfirmed photo of Project Alamo team.
“We did some tests, and we saw that on average we could move a couple of percentage points towards Trump." - Federica Nocera, former data analyst for Cambridge Analytica, now Microsoft.…?
Translation excerpt from Nocera interview in Italian someone sent me.
Memo to Mercer, Bannon, and Nix warning them how foreign nationals working with data strategy causes FECA and FARA issues. From the Wylie Docs:…
Nocera (Cambridge Analytica): «Così abbiamo aiutato Trump a vincere»…
🇮🇹 Weird how all the coverage on the woman who help do the data strategy for Trump is IN ITALIAN.
No one is above the law. The Wylie docs changed everything. #CambridgeAnalytica…
Source of #CambridgeAnalytica team photo is Oz’s tweet on election day. How many foreign nationals can you find?
You can see why @CREWcrew probably has a damn good FECA case against #CambridgeAnalytica
Same goes for @CommonCause and their action against #CambridgeAnalytica
Federica Nocera’s LinkedIn page for posterity. All #CambridgeAnalytica LLC employees get paychecks from SCL Elections employees because CA is just a shell. h/t to @Bentelligence
ICYMI: I’m pretty sure that at least two foreign nationals worked on the Trump digital operation in San Antonio under Brad Parscale, which would probably be in violation of federal election laws. Thread up for open source evidence of at least one, Federica Nocera.
A memo prepared by Giuliani’s firm in 2014 for #CambridgeAnalytica owners/execs Rebekah Mercer, Steve Bannon, Alexander Nix explicitly warns them about foreign nationals. It looks like that advice was ignored for Project Alamo during the Summer of 2016.
This company was warned by legal counsel that foreign nationals must not work on campaign data strategy. Ms Nocera’s immigration status seems to be an important legal matter for public consideration.
It is ironic that a campaign built on a divisive nativist appeal would prompt awkward questions about the immigration status of members of its digital campaign team but that’s where we’re at.
Another member of the #CambridgeAnalytica Project Alamo data strategy team merits scrutiny. What is the immigration status of this fine chap? FECA compliant? Awkward. h/t @RealBristolNews
I’m sure Dr Doni and Ms Nocera are gifted data scientists. I’m just not so sure it was legal for them to work on Trump’s data strategy. And SCL Elections is the UK based entity behind the shell corp of #CambridgeAnalytica LLC etc.…
Mercer, Bannon, Nix knew that the data science talent had to be American. They didn’t have it so they cheated and allegedly used data science talent from EU/UK unlawfully. Matters less whether it worked. Definitely matters if it was unlawful.
