I really don't understand this logic. Saying Abolish ICE is a helluva lot less crazy than what conservatives have been screaming about for 10+ yrs: Abolish IRS, Abolish EPA, Abolish Dept of Education, etc etc., And it doesn't seem to hurt them in elections
They seem to think that what Dems need is to convince Republican voters to abandon Trump.
When in reality we need to get out the vote and expand the Dem base from the 50% of registered voters who didn't vote and new voters

Also, I know it's easy to forget, but Trump lost the popular vote. A majority of voters already don't like him, so it's not like Dems are have to make some kind of huge comeback
