North Korean officials didn’t show up for a planned meeting with U.S. counterparts to discuss returning the remains of American war dead, South Korean media reported.
Remember that Trump said last month that the remains of some American war dead had already been returned.

The U.S. has been paying 22% of actual NATO costs, spending 72% of the total defence spending of the alliance.
For the ninth time, Trump falsely claimed this year's military budget is the largest ever: "Just had the largest military budget ever, $700 billion."

Trump said this at NATO press conf: “Everyone has agreed to substantially up their commitment. They're going to up it at levels that they never thought of before.”
A NATO diplomatic source said the leaders did not agree to Trump’s call for 4% of GDP defense spending.
