Right, I’m seeing a lot of people disagreeing here.

I’m open to all suggestions.

Maybe I’ve got it wrong. Maybe the best way is to keep growing #FBPE strongly, regardless of attacks from any quarter.

And it’s definitely good that the Brexite commentators regularly attack.
I wanted to go on a little personal outreach mission, as I saw an opportunity there.

Maybe doing a vid about dropping #FBPE off my name was the wrong way to flag that up -

But it’s not like I’m leaving... I’m just experimenting & trying something out for a while.

Giving succour to the narrative of immigrant against immigrant. I never thought I’d see Labour do that.

Also note which way round Diane Abbott said it...

She’s not talking about treating Pakistani doctors as well as Polish doctors (FoM).

She’s talking about now treating Polish doctors as poorly as this government has been treating Pakistani & other non-EU doctors.

1) Corbyn supporters & adopting the attitude of Brexiters

I appreciate there's been some spats between #FBPE and Corbyn supporters & there's even a #BlockFBPE hashtag going around. Both sides accuse each other of not listening and being abusive

But here's some reflections
2) Remainers can be sympathetic with the Bunker mentality that springs up when a group feels under attack, its what kept Remain going to a certain extent

However, in my own view this is in danger of turning into an adoption of brexiter attitudes & even language,which is worrying
3) Firstly, the very idea of the #BlockFBPE hashtag is itself destructive. We all need to block sometimes but group silencing people as a default just because of a hashtag is a very disturbing action and is reminiscent of similar shutdowns by brexiters

I actually have his book on the desk behind me. Much like Machiavelli's The Prince, it's a manual on how to be a complete and utter bastard (and win). Many of the chapters point to why Leave won, others to why Remain lost. Based on its content, #FBPE need to get its hands dirty.
The article is very different, and it's Leavers that are the narcissists - they hold a belief in something and won't accept being called up on it, deny any facts they're shown as fake news and propaganda, while never questioning their own sources.
I have #FBPE in my bio, and it's because I value Freedom of Movement. I have benefited from it, as have my friends and family. I want to keep it, I want my fellow UK citizens to keep it, and I want EU residents in the UK to keep it too.

Don't think I am far off the mark here; Labour nearly lost around 8 million Socialist voters today. Not necessarily because of individuals representing the party, but because of external aligned beings who are supposedly representing us Socialists 1/10
64% of Labour constituencies voted leave in referendum; over 80% of the electorate in the 2017 general election voted on AT LEAST a ticket of respecting the outcome of the 2016 national referendum where the majority voted leave. 2/10
I don't think you have to be a rocket scientist or Einstein to understand the mass consequences if Labour leave wishes were not fulfilled or completely ignored, but it seems there are some who need some degree of clarity on it... 3/10

2/ pierwsza - prezydent powinien wydać postanowienie (art. 142 ust. 2 Konstytucji) stwierdzając przejście w stan spoczynku 10 sędziów. Tymczasem prezydent wysłał listy, w których pisze, że przeszli w stan spoczynku. List nie ma żadnego znaczenia, nie kreuje stanu prawnego.
3/ co ciekawe, listy wysłał również do tych sędziów, którzy powołali się na Konstytucję, wyrażając wolę dalszego urzędowania i nie dołączając zaświadczeń lekarskich. Co ciekawe, takiego listu nie wysłał do PSN Iwulskiego. Ten również stwierdził, że nie dołączy zaśw. lekarskiego.

1. The EU (Withdrawal) Bill the most important bill Parliament has deliberated for decades; its a constitutional and legal minefield. At present, my job is to amend several modules on an LLB Law course to prepare for Brexit. This thread highlights some issues.

2. The EUW Bill does 3 things: repeals the ECA 1972; turns existing EU law into UK law; and gives govt Ministers the power to amend, discard and replace 'retained EU law' (EU laws converted into domestic law by the Bill). The latter equates to unprecedented Executive power.
3. The Bill's crucial for Brexit to happen, not least because the ECA 1972 has acted as a conduit for EU laws to be enshrined in domestic law for over 40 years. We've not the time to replace them with new legislation between now & March; a cut-and-paste approach has been adopted.
