On November 13, 2017, the @NYDailyNews reported that Isok Aronov was sentenced to a year and a day, and had pleaded guilty in April 2017.

12/13/17, EDNY tells us Igor Krugly was sentenced to 46 months in prison. He pleaded guilty in June 2017.

So, as of 12/13/17, 1 (Vikto Zelinger) was a fugitive, 5 were awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty, 2 were sentenced after pleading guilty and
3 awaited trial: Leonid Gershman, Artiom Pocinoc, and Aleksey Tsvetkov

2 of them went to trial: Leonid Gershman and Aleksey Tsvetkov.
The trial began in August 2018.

But THREE dudes were awaiting trial. and only 2 went to trial. So what happened to Artiom Pocinoc?
Turns out, he lied on his Naturalization application-and got indicted for it. #ThatWasDumb.

So it looks like he & his lawyer decided a guilty plea was in order, for the big charges.
The Rule of Law holds, and all these mob fuckers ended up either pleading guilty or being found guilty at trial.
