So it looks like a group of gamers irate @draginol have succeeded in killing (at least on Steam) Star Control Origins on day one. It has since plunged. And they keep using the reviews page to air grievances over the lawsuit). This is why we can't have nice things. 😕
Brad, while you have every right to protect your IP and enforce the rights, you had publicly promised to leave the SC mod community alone. Please stick to that promise, and ignore the bad actors who are of no relevance or consequence.
As you are aware, they've now made public emails and a licensing contract sent to them by Stardock and which has just made things worse since it again puts you guys at odds with the community, while attempting to assert rights which are part of a legal dispute.
