BREAKING: @Essex_cc announces 25 libraries to close & another 18 to be run by volunteers under plans which are due to go out to public consultation on 29th Nov. Much more detail to come on @BBCEssex including @DaveMonkEssex interview at 5pm with Cabinet Member Cllr Sue Barker.
Here's all the places where @Essex_cc is proposing library closures:

If you give me a few minutes I'll bash out a list of libraries which could see a community run service. i.e. ECC will withdraw financial support.
Here's the list of libraries that under ECC plans would be fully run by community volunteers:

To recap:
- @Essex_cc launching consultation on plans for future of library services
- The plans would see 25 libraries close, 18 fully run by volunteers if they want to take it on, 16 part volunteer run, 15 stay the same.
- Consultation begins on 29th Nov & runs for 12 weeks
