A quick review of TfL's online Bus Safety Data for Q4 2017 tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publ… doesn't show incident in question, so public doesn't know which Bus Company or Route was involved...and press photo in @SurreyComet doesn't show it either. 
On Friday, I wrote TfL Dir Bus Operations Claire Mann & asked "which Bus Operator involved in this Zebra Crossing Collision?" but no response. Mann same TfL Bus Boss who didn't know how Saba Mirza-hit in Zebra Crossing by TfL Bus on 25Nov16-was either saferoxfordstreet.blogspot.com/2018/08/london…
Ms. Mann also responded to my observation that TfL published erroneous Bus Fatality Data for 2016 saferoxfordstreet.blogspot.com/2017/04/london… which, to Mann's credit, she admitted were incorrect (the numbers they published were lower than actual) and TfL fixed
BUT that didn't stop TfL's press office from giving @EveningStandard @RossLydall incorrect figures (too low again) for number of Bus v. Pedestrian Fatalities for 2017 which was published in a #VisionZeroLDN article which has been amended to remove faulty fatal number & TfL quote
So, 2 incidents (AFAIK) where TfL Bus Drivers hit pedestrians in Zebra Crossings: Saba Mirza's still in hospital since Nov16 & convicted Bus Driver back on Bus for @ComfortDelGro Metroline. Hannah McWann hit Dec17 still in hospital & Bus Driver who hit her, now Free to go.
and meanwhile, TfL appears to be regularly publishing wrong information about number of people killed by its contracted Bus Operations & then giving that information to the press (which swallows the info w/o questioning)...or not publishing the incidents at all.
So, if (1) TfL Bus Drivers allowed to hit & critically injure pedestrians in Zebra Crossings (cf. Saba Mirza&Hannah McWann) saferoxfordstreet.blogspot.com/2018/09/how-ma… & (2) TfL can dissimulate re data on people killed or seriously-injured by its Bus Operation, then IMO #VisionZeroLDN => #Bollocks
