Under any guise, a charge of cyberstalking through puny words an institution like @HQNigerianArmy, which has a near monopoly of the instrumentality of violence, wld ordinarily be ludicrous. Actually it is. U look at the elements of the crime & u'll see they don't fit here
So, @adeyanjudeji faces 2 counts - 1 beneath the constitution & the other a misfit - all to the end, it seems, of showcasing institutional animus 2wds him & 2wds points of view like his own. It's all feels & looks eminently misguided. Even worse, this looks like abuse of power.
