The documents are likely the corrupt searches and audit logs that led to the "unmasking". Flynn was almost certainly one of the targets of the process. Each target was given a file. That file is what's discussed. [The unmasking became part of the Obama PDB construct.] 
The reason those target files will remain sealed is because of the severe damage that would be caused to the intelligence community, Both sides of the UniParty don't want to lose the FISA702(16) tool. The FISA702(17) search tool was removed by NSA Director Rogers.
ODNI Dan Coats declassified *part of* the Collyer ruling. The redactions are very heavy and no-one in DC ever talks about that report. EVER. Those files have existed since Rogers/Coats exposed the initial issues through the declassification of the Collyer report.
You will note that with all the political demands to declassify reports (remove redactions) no-one ever goes near the Collyer FISA report. No one in DC has EVER discussed it in public. Ultimately that report makes all other declassification seem insignificant by comparison.
You gotta understand, this is not just Flynn - this is EVERYTHING. Thousands of instances of the data system being used by unauthorized agents, contractors, of government. THOUSANDS. The unlawful rate of use was 85%. 85% of all use of the database was outside legal boundaries.
The database was not just being used for weaponized political opposition research. The database was also likely used to sell the information. Searches on businesses, financial interests, contracts, legal filings, corporations.... think about it. The ultimate key to all data.
Access would be worth billions depending on the stakeholder. It's the holy grail of information that goes behind all firewalls and security protocols. You don't think some enterprising contractors were selling the results?... and kicking back the officials? Think about it.
Want to know what a senator was saying to his mistress? Need targeted black data on an opponent? Want to know what SCOTUS judges were typing, discussing, about potential rulings that would impact million$? FISA702(16)(17) could return it all.
So no, Washington DC doesn't want to go near this issue. That is why it has NEVER been discussed or mentioned by a single person in the system of DC since that initial report was somewhat declassified in April 2017. It is Pandora's box on steroids.
With 702(17) "About" queries example you could put in an ip address, or originating address, of any piece of web-connected equipment and review everything. Cameras, cars, phones, puters, massive amounts of data. ALL DATA. Virtually all global data depending on operating nodes.
