Several things are immediately clear:
1) Our haulage industry is dead, finito, game over, the end. Companies will need permits to operate in the EU, and there are only a tiny fraction of the number necessary

3) There will be queues at ports because the full custom regime will be enforced.
4) UK citizens in the EU should be okish (unless Theresa May goes nuts and rescinds the offer made to EU citizens here)
More generally, 3 key points are worth focusing on:
1) All unilateral mitigation measures will be temporary (max until end of Dec 2019, but could end at any time)
3) The EU doesn’t believe
Remember: all this is utterly unnecessary. The Government could take no deal off the table any time. The fact that they won’t is baffling.
