I have hunted down the British court filings where Christopher Steele admits that he was hired by the Clinton campaign and the DNC in order to "challenge the validity of the [2016 presidential] election."

Timing adds up, obviously. Strzok, Page, and McCabe discussed the insurance policy on or around August 15, 2016.
