Personal note: If there is moderation on many of these Facebook pages, it's not working. Numerous #fakenews, and quite a few racist posts.

Note: I also found some anti-racist, pro-refugees/immigrants gilets jaunes webpages.
I haven't seen one yet with absolutely no #fakenews.
And some are just filled with crazy conspiracies.

Quick examples:
"Italy is not a country -since 1993, it's a US corporation."
A lot of shocking testimonies, photos or videos (like a woman who was "hurt so bad by policemen" she needs "urgent brain surgery" -the photo shows her sitting in her living-room with ice on her eye 🤔)

So listen to what this woman is saying:
She's saying that the Facebook movement is disconnected from reality.
She's right.
And aside from all this 👆, memes ridiculing Macron and roundabout protests' pictures, some accounts are calling to take arms -and build a guillotine.

Now a few things to know about the Kremlin's influence in France and its links to the local fascists. (But let's not think troll armies fueled by FB could try to steer the debate to fulfill Le Pen/The Kremlin's agenda...)
