The best way I can pay it forward is to outline a crazy valuable thread for those who want to look and feel their best
A business wouldn’t ignore its expenses or avoid checking its revenue right ?
You must know what you’re putting in you’re body
Track what you eat. If you aren’t willing to track your food you probably won’t be successful
Track your daily steps.
Most people are sedentary each day.
Moving more burns more calories and jumpstarts your energy
Track your movement.
You’ll notice big changes when you move more.
Stick to foods that are one - ingredient 90% of the time
Fish
Veggies
Meat
Potatoes
Fruit
Oats
Olive oil
Eating healthy makes a huge difference
- Wake up and practice gratitude daily
- Start living as if you’re already that fit and healthy person today
- Be careful who you allow in your circle
- Picture your life playing out as you become leaner and healthier
3-4x per week you should be lifting weights or training with bodyweight strength exercises
Get STRONGER - it will pay huge dividends
Become harder to kill
Add some muscle
It will do wonders for your life
Stick to one program for at least 8-12 weeks.
Give your body a chance to adapt and to make changes
Measure your progress and adjust accordingly after you see a program through to completion.
- Supplement with any vitamins or minerals that you’re deficient in. Vitamin D is a common one
- Get blood work done on a semi annual basis
- Get sunlight
- Use a suana for 20 min a day
- Sleep 7-8 hours per night
Be aggressively patient
Wake up on fire and attack your goals
But be willing to put in the damn time
Put in 12 months and I guarantee you will be a whole new person
You won’t look, feel or act the same
People will ask you how you did it
