2/ We all know Trump handpicked Barr because he'd would be favorable to his interests and to executive privilege. Conservatives and Trumpers are now defending Barr as 100% legitimate.
But evidence seems to be emerging of crimes beyond any executive prerogative defense.

3/ If Barr releases a report of such crimes, and perhaps even adds his report, Trump cannot cry "witch hunt" and "13 Angry Democrats."

PS. I guess you could say that this AG is perceived as having a high Barr for high crimes, and that could be pivotal if Mueller's report fits that Bill.
