A little reported fact - Blavatnik's Warner Music was a big former tenant of 1290 Ave of Americas partially owned by Trump

Coincidentally around 2002 Luzhkov appointed Sergei Polonsky as advisor - Polonsky later founded Mirax, a co Felix Sater advised & was director w/Trump Moscow developer Andrey Rozov
This 2006 NYT story describes how Yuri Luzhkov made Sergei Polonsky an advisor when he was around 30

As Luzhkov developed Moscow City - Polonsky's firm Mirax won the bid to build Moscow’s first modern skyscraper, the Federation Tower
