1. I'm 28 year Bankruptcy attorney. Started looking at Trump's 2015 disclosure in April 2016. Concluded he was broke. Grossly understated debt. Biggest fear from Muller? His motive. MT Trump Sought a Loan During the 2016 Campaign. Deutsche Bank Said No. nyti.ms/2DQqHSW
2. Here's my earliest posting I can find after I examined his mortgages with source documents. Just like a debtor I was investigating in Bankruptcy court. This was the day before the Wisconsin primary. It's the money Stupid. It's been money all along.
3. On the same day in April 2016, I reported Trump's finances reminded me of a Ponzi scheme. I worked on unwinding a large Ponzi after law school. My comment was not hyperbole: It was an expert opinion.
4. My suspicions re Donald Trump come from common knowledge he was mob affiliated via Roy Coln (I was night manager at the NY Plaza right before Trump bought it) and fact that in 2010, I investigated his Trump Waikiki project and it looked like a money-laundering service bureau.
5. The guy I was looking at served federal time for money laundering unrelated to Trump personally but all part of the bizarre world of the Trump project. I had to work out the seizure with the DOJ because my client was technically ahead of them on the liens. It was complicated.
6. When Trump and Putin meet in private they talk about money and what Putin wants him to do for it. And I'm 90% certain, based on a number of factors, that they had met before their alleged first meeting. I would not be surprised if their relationship went back to the late 80s.
7. It's possible Putin recruited him via a cutout but I'm pretty sure Trump is his long controlled asset. Question for Mueller isn't, "When do we move on Trump?" It has to be "How many more Trump's are out there in US civil society?" It's why counterintelligence takes so long.
