3/ he compares the situation in Venezuela to situation preceding US invasion of Iraq in 2003 which he described as "most serious violation of Nuremberg Principles since the Second World War" and 2011 Libya "similarly preceded by systematic governmental and media disinformation"

4/ de Zayas observes that US-led economic blockade of Venezuela is also an interference in internal Venezuelan affairs in direct violation of charter of Organization of American States, not just by US but by OAS members, a violation that is causing death and sickness
