I have not observed Trump live-tweeting an episode of weekday Fox & Friends since the Axios "executive time" story dropped on Feb. 4. He has live-tweeted the weekend edition a couple times, and the network's daytime and evening shows. But fewer than ten such tweets total.
For comparison, I've got him live-tweeting F&F or its weekday editions on Jan. 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 28, and 30.
(He's going to go off on a F&F Sunday-related tear because I did this, isn't he?)
On the other hand, looks like a beautiful day to, uh, read documents and lead meetings.

Hiring a political operative with no journalism experience as a commentator, as a host, as a reporter, and as an editor overseeing reporters are all different things that generally lead to different responses.
The first three are at least somewhat common. The last, as far as I know, is not. If it is as well, people should provide examples of it, rather than examples of the first three.
The boring take is the accurate one: Particular people will criticize particular hires to particular positions based on particular circumstances.
