2/. I would also point out that Pascarle’s repetition that they only used GOP data, not CA is pretty disingenuous given that CA/Nix & AiQ had been working on obtaining and manipulating data for use on the GOP database from 2014 onwards.

So at what point did that become GOP data

3/. That information is clear from the evidence submitted by @chrisinsilico to the House of Commons DCMS Committee where the emails between CA/SCL/ AiQ about these data being provided to Ambassador Bolton certainly in 2015
